There are a lot of internal systems which provides data to the unified portal user interface.

Internet

Main goals of HFSA site are to make available general financial informations and communication with corporates supervised by HFSA. This double target (consumers, financial institutions) gives a dual architecture of portal. The subsite for consumers has the next main ephasises: learn and inform. The subsite for financial institutions is targeted for more groups so informations are in groups too.

Extranet

The flexibility of DOKK application system allows to create a common information interface for more extranet groups. One of the most important system is the portal of capital disclosures where the disclosures of financial institutions are published. 

Intranet

The intranet has special authentication:  integrated SSO with Active Directory support.

The integrated address book function based on this directory connection, it shows informations about employees of HFSA: public informations, place in organization and place on office map.

There are connections between our portal and document handling system of HFSA. The system runs over Microsoft Windows infrastructure and integrated to MS services.

The DOKK groupware module provides a common platform to employees of HFSA to create special work groups, and work together (there is document management, personal and group calendar, group forum). We implemented a special Microsoft Office plugin, which can be used to save documents to the portal directly (one-click save).

There are a lot of extra functionalities: resource manager, work plans, report, management information system.
