The KMFR (abbreviation of Hungarian 'Goverment Work Management System') application was developed for Government Offices. The Office dedicate works via this system to more ministries. There are about 10 people in all ministries who works for Government Offices, they get their tasks from the Office. The MFKR (abbrevation of Hungarian 'Ministerial Work Management System') was developed to manage tasks of a ministry. The processes are like in KFMR system, but there are more customization properties. The maintainer of the application could be a colleague of the ministry, so it is easier manageable - there can be unlimited users in this system. Authorized users could add new tasks in the system. They should to set main informations (task id, task name and description) and additional parameters (deadline, responsible colleagues). The system monitors status of open tasks and approaching deadline it sends automatically an email to task owner and responsible person. Users can view after login an overview page. Here are the warnings and alerts, current tasks' list, and changes since last login. There is a calendar too, to help find deadlines of opened tasks. After getting a new tasks, the user can delegate it to her/his employee or she/he can split it into part tasks. The splitted tasks are splittable again. All people who works on a task, can attach notes, documents or other files to this task. Responsible people has right to change task status. A status change could generate an information message, if it is required. With an information message a warning message could be sent in the system and via email to the colleagues working on this task. There is a task overview page, where all task oriented event is visible. There is more solution to search and monitor tasks. Task browser can find a task by name, id or keywords. Monitoring view can list tasks closed in last month or tasks which exceeds the time limit. These queries are customizable and could be saved. Results can be exported in Microsoft Word or PDF format. Report generation module could combine monitoring queries and create multiple paged report documents. Ministerial and Government applications could be connected, so goverment tasks could be synchronized and dealed to ministry users and vice versa. |
